A Tsar Is Born

Little Vladimir Putin has squashed dissent at home and now has captured a portion of another country. The question is not whether Russia has a budding Tsar, but whether Putin turns out to be more like Peter the Great or Ivan the Terrible.

The only equal outcome that can be assured is that at some point we will all be equally dead.
